Portfolio Clients

We act for clients who hold a number of properties whether as investment as landlords or as tenants who hold a number of  properties for retail or business use.  These are our "portfolio" clients with whom we try to work closely so that we know their requirements, their properties and advisers.

We are flexible in our approach and used to working as part of a team with agents, shopfitters, and accounts depts. If a Landlord has their own lease we are quite happy to use that as the base for future lettings and update it as required to fit the circumstances. In the current climate getting a tenant in as soon as possible is still the main focus especially if the property is vacant. We will prepare a package of papers in advance to be ready to send to a tenant as soon as heads of terms are agreed. 

If acting for a tenant we will do schedules of the properties, itemise key dates, negotiate leases which contain your requirements and be available whenever you have a query

  • Preparing documents in advance to speed up the process
  • Set fees
  • Reporting frequently if required
  • Collating as many documents as we can on a property - so that we have information readily available and are not always asking for the same thing twice!
